The IT Helpdesk is here to help with the following:

  • Password Resets (including myCIU, Canvas, Office 365 & logging into a CIU computer)
  • Printing Faculty/Staff & Student IDs (IDs can be printed at the Library Helpdesk only) 
  • Adding funds to Papercut accounts
  • Installing Student Office 365 applications 
  • Windows 10 and Mac OS troubleshooting for current Faculty/Staff & Students 
  • Internet outages in residential rooms 
  • J1 or other CIU program issues
  • Loaner Laptop request for Faculty and Staff only
  • Mxie issues. (Password resets, log in issues & other phone troubleshooting) 
  • Outlook sync errors
