The IT Helpdesk is here to help with the following:
- Password Resets (including myCIU, Canvas, Office 365 & logging into a CIU computer)
- Printing Faculty/Staff & Student IDs (IDs can be printed at the Library Helpdesk only)
- Adding funds to Papercut accounts
- Installing Student Office 365 applications
- Windows 10 and Mac OS troubleshooting for current Faculty/Staff & Students
- Internet outages in residential rooms
- J1 or other CIU program issues
- Loaner Laptop request for Faculty and Staff only
- Mxie issues. (Password resets, log in issues & other phone troubleshooting)
- Outlook sync errors
