    Current Students 2026-2027 Housing Application

    All undergraduate on-campus students (commuters included) must submit a housing application for 2026-2027 academic year. This includes students who are graduating or planning to not return. These are due March 29, 2026.

    NOTE: If you are appealing to not live in the Residence Halls, do not complete the application until you receive the decision from the Housing Review Committee.

    Current Fall '26 Housing Appeal

    Fall 2026 Deadline:

    Current students - Due March 15 - Appeals are reviewed by the Housing Review Committee every two weeks. All decisions are made in accordance with the University Housing Policy and will be sent to the student's CIU email before May 15.

Spring Break 2026

Spring Break is the week of March 9-13.  Residence Halls will close at 5:00 pm on Friday, March 6 and reopen on Sunday, March 15 at 3:00 pm.  Meal plans will resume on Sunday, March 15 at 5:00 pm.  

No students will be permitted to stay in the residence halls during Spring Break.
