Select which JICS roles have access to the operations within portlets.
Depending upon your licensing, portlets may be used with different CRMs
throughout JICS. These permissions apply to all instances of the portlet
throughout JICS. Available operations vary from portlet to portlet.
1. Log in as the JICS
administrator.
2. Click the Site
Manager link.
The Site Manager screen appears.
3. On the Site
Settings tab, click 
Edit
next to the Global portlet operations
option.
The Portlets screen appears with portlets that have global operations displayed
as links.
4. Click the portlet link
to which you want to grant/deny permission.
The Global Operations screen appears. Available global operations for this
portlet appear as columns under the Operations
heading.
5. Select the JICS roles
to be granted the global operation permission or deselect the JICS roles
to be denied the global operation permission.*
6. Click Save.
The Portlets screen reappears.
7. Click Exit.
