If you are an Admissions Administrator, Admissions Officer, or Admissions Counselor:
1. From the Application Progress portlet, click the View Folder Items link.
The Find Candidate page opens.
2. Enter the Candidate ID Number.
3. If a match is found, the View Folder Items page appears and displays for the Program the required items received/not received. Both items received and missing are displayed. Also, the date the items were received is displayed.
4. To search for another candidate, click the Find Candidate link at the bottom of the page to return to the Find Candidate page.
If you are a Candidate:
1. Click the View Folder Items link.
The View Folder Items page appears and displays for the current Program the required items received/not received. Both items received and missing are displayed. Also, the date the items were received is displayed.
2. If multiple candidacies are found for the ID number, the additional candidacies can be selected from the Program drop-down list for viewing.
