The Shoppes at Tapps is a unique shopping destination that combines a vibrant vendor mall with a curated women’s boutique, all located inside the historic Tapps building. We offer a distinctive retail experience featuring a variety of local vendors alongside stylish, on-trend apparel and accessories.

Position Overview:
We are seeking a friendly, dependable, and motivated Retail Sales Associate to join our team. This role involves assisting customers, maintaining store presentation, and supporting both the boutique and vendor spaces.

Pay: $15–$17 per hour (based on experience)

Key Responsibilities:

Provide excellent customer service and create a welcoming shopping environment

Assist customers with product selection and purchases

Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately

Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual displays

Restock merchandise and assist with inventory management

Support vendor areas as needed

Help set up, move, and refresh displays

Requirements:

Must be available to work weekends

Ability to lift and move 30+ pounds (inventory and display fixtures)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented

Retail experience preferred but not required
