Job Summary

Centennial ARP Church is seeking a Youth Ministry Leader to disciple and encourage students from 1st grade through high school in their walk with Christ. This position focuses on building relationships with children, youth, and families while developing a balanced program that includes biblical teaching, fun, fellowship, an service opportunities.

General Responsibilities

• Building strong relationships with children, youth, and their families.
• Planning and leading weekly youth activities that combine Bible teaching, prayer, and fellowship.
• Encouraging parental involvement in youth ministry, including shared family activities.
• Attending Bonclarken Camps with youth and arranging additional chaperones.
• Supporting and collaborating with the Youth Choir Director on special programs.
• Organizing events that engage both parents and youth together, as well as youth-only opportunities.
• Incorporating service projects that involve children, youth, and families.
• Encouraging families in their spiritual growth at home.

Qualifications:

• A committed follower of Jesus Christ with a clear testimony of faith.
• A heart for children and youth, with a passion for discipleship.
• Ability to teach God’s Word in age-appropriate ways.
• Strong relational and organizational skills.
• Agreement with the theology and practice of the Associate Reformed Presbyterian Church.
• Experience in youth/children’s ministry (preferred but not required).

This is a hands-on ministry position for someone who loves working with young people, values parental partnership, and desires to see the next generation grow as committed disciples of Christ.
