JAARS Fellows is an 11-month, merit-based, full-time professional opportunity designed to provide entry into a first career position, cultivate emerging leaders, and support the mission of delivering God’s Word around the world.

Fellows join JAARS staff in key positions while receiving professional, personal, and spiritual development within a biblical community environment.
