Position Summary

Heritage Christian Academy is seeking a qualified 4th–7th Grade Math Teacher to provide engaging, Christ-centered instruction for middle school students. This position may be offered on either a part-time or full-time basis, depending on the candidate’s availability and desired workload.

Description

The 4th–7th Grade Math Teacher will be responsible for teaching mathematics to students in grades four through seven while fostering academic excellence through a biblical worldview. The successful candidate will plan engaging lessons, differentiate instruction to meet student needs, monitor student progress, and serve as a positive Christian role model. This position requires an on-campus presence each weekday for at least part of the school day.

Responsibilities

• Teach mathematics to students in grades 4–7.
• Develop and implement weekly lesson plans.
• Differentiate instruction to meet individual student learning needs.
• Assess and monitor student academic progress.
• Teach from a Christian worldview.
• Serve as a spiritual role model and mentor for students.
• Collaborate with faculty, staff, and parents to support student success.
• Maintain an on-campus presence during the school week.
