Standish Bible Church is seeking a Pastor to shepherd a rural congregation in Northeast California. The role centers on faithfully preaching and teaching God’s Word, providing pastoral care, and building meaningful relationships within both the church and surrounding community.

Responsibilities include:
• Preach and teach the Word of God
• Provide biblical counseling and spiritual guidance
• Conduct visitations in homes, hospitals, jails, and the community
• Officiate weddings and funerals
• Build relationships within the church and community
• Participate in church events and ministries
• Lead outreach into surrounding rural communities
• Collaborate with church leadership and board members

Qualifications:
• Mature and growing relationship with Jesus Christ
• Clear calling to pastoral ministry
• Commitment to the authority and teaching of Scripture
• Strong preaching and teaching ability
• Relational and community-minded
• Ability to disciple and mentor others

Education & Experience:
• Biblical training preferred
• Ministry experience or equivalent training and experience valued

Additional Information:
Compensation includes salary, housing allowance, and ministry mileage reimbursement.
