Job Summary

We are a low-church, relational congregation that values congregational singing at the heart of worship, supported by choir, ensembles, and volunteer musicians. Our music leans toward hymns, gospel, country, and accessible, intergenerational styles. Scripture and sermon themes guide worship planning, and those themes are mapped out in advance to make collaboration manageable and sustainable.

The position includes leading the chancel choir (Sunday morning rehearsal), planning seasonal music for Christmas and Easter, and working closely with me, our Worship Committee, and volunteers. We do have a skilled pianist, so this role is focused on leadership and coordination rather than carrying everything alone.

The salary range is $12,000–$15,000 annually, depending on experience.
